As I talked about in my blog, it can be really hard to find an organization to serve with! Below, I have linked pages to the organizations I worked with and the steps to get involved.

ENGin

As a student, ENGin is the best match I have found so far with ESL/ESOL tutoring. Each week, a session is composed of a 1 hours session talking about different topics with a Ukrainian! Volunteers are be matched with someone sharing their interests and a certain proficiency level when possible.

Libraries

I started my project by serving at my local library, and it's a great starting point! Not only will you gain knowledge in the logistics behind how a library functions, but you will engage in its programming and see the wide possibility of impact that through service.

AmeriCorps

International Institutes are located in many areas around the U.S., but many of these organizations are partnered with Americorps. From tutoring, holding donation drives, or interviewing immigrants and refugees, you can give help and hope to them!
